Refund policy
At Ebox, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a simple return and refund process in accordance with United States consumer protection guidelines.
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@ebox.hr with your order details and reason for return. Our customer support team will provide instructions and a return authorization.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, Ebox will cover the return shipping expense.
